The 'Chadwick' features a frame in 'Twist' mokume gane (the Japanese forging technique used to decorate the hilts of samurai swords), inlaid with fossil walrus ivory. The blade is hand-forged 'Hornets Nest' damascus by Mike Norris; the button lock and thumb stud are set with smokey quartz.
